I was looking for a great innovative, loving and caring gift to send to family as I live overseas, can cause extra stresses. There can be huge challenges with overseas addresses not being recognised at the last stage of ordering, meaning you often have to start the process all over again. But the website was clear and fun and managed to cause me no challenges at all!!

I am pleased to say I loved the selection of gifts available for my mom for mothers day. Normally I would send flowers, but as she was planning to be away, I needed something that could wait until she was ready to open. Mom loved the gifts and said the packaging was gorgeous too.

When searching for mom's gift, I noticed a great selection of pressies for teenagers and so have just sent a lovely gift to a hardworking and studious 16year old. The gifts on offer were really great and you can tell that alot of effort has gone into selecting them. I cant wait to hear what she thinks of my selection!!

Most companies send a request for a review AFTER the goods have been delivered. Its been 20 days now and I am still waiting!

I was able to pull together a birthday present for a truly valued staff member that felt thoughtful and personal- it arrived quickly and beautifully presented- she messaged on her birthday raving about how lovely it was- will definitely be using boxtree again

This is the second time I have ordered from Box Tree and unfortunately experienced delayed delivery on both occasions. First time, for unexplained reasons, the gift arrived late. However, Vanessa was great and resolved the issue. On this occasion the gift got sent back to the sender due to issues with missing information on the address. Again, the gift arrived much later than expected and communication was not quick. Although both recipients loved the gifts, the experience and length of time it took has meant that I will reconsider ordering from Box Tree in the future.
