Money taken and blocked by sender
Order was paid for and I was told 5 day dispatch by the sender, to then be told my order wouldn’t be dispatched until end of October. Upon discussing this with Hollie Phyall, she has decided to block me and take my money, which I will be contacting my bank to claim back. Poor customer service, Hollie argued with me when my previous order was sent to the wrong address, although I have been professional on every occasion that she’s continued to make errors with my orders, on this occasion she’s left me with no choice to publish this review, even though I tried to discuss it privately with no successful outcome other than being told I was in the wrong for her errors. Prior to this professional reply below from one of her colleagues in defence of my review, I have since received an incredibly unprofessional email from Hollie herself in a completely different manor. What is seen by eye is not the same as what’s seen behind the scenes. Good luck Hollie with your business.
