Extremely poor quality control
I ordered a 24-count case of the dark chocolate Mallo Cups and a 10 oz bag of Clark Cups. The Clark Cups were perfectly fine, but the dark Mallo Cups were a complete disaster. They appear to have been made by a disgruntled employee - some cups were sealed upside down inside the wrapper, a handful of cups were only half filled with chocolate, and all but a single package had the sticky, messy vanilla cream filling leaking inside the wrapper. It was like each package had been crushed individually. It was not a heat or melting problem -my shipment arrived in fall when it wasn’t hot and it was in transit for only two days (and the Clark Cups were perfectly fine). They dark cups were edible, but they were far from enjoyable.
I wrote a similar review on the Boyer Candy Shopify page, but it was never posted - Shopify obviously censors negative feedback.
