No working cancel button on the dashboard. I emailed on 21 August to cancel my subscription in writing, giving 7 days' notice as required by their own terms. They confirmed my order date but told me the cancel option wouldn't appear until 22 August — despite my written cancellation already being submitted. On 22 August the cancel button still wasn't there. Despite my written cancellation, they attempted to take payment from my account multiple times, including at 10:45pm and 00:30am. I had to contact my bank directly and block them to stop the payments, as they wouldn't stop themselves. I emailed again explaining the issue and asking for confirmation of cancellation — they replied asking me to send screenshots send me my phone number and to make no further changes to my account before they'd "investigate," rather than simply cancelling. This feels like a deliberate delay tactic. I've reported the company to Trading Standards. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

We’re sorry to see your review, as we feel it is only fair that any review provides a fair and balanced account for both parties.
You first contacted us on 21 August 2026 requesting cancellation. We reviewed your account, confirmed that your subscription had commenced on 15 August 2026, and explained the position in accordance with the subscription terms.
On 22 August, you contacted us again stating that the cancellation option was not visible on your dashboard after 7 days. Rather than simply dismiss this, we asked you to provide a screenshot of the relevant section of your dashboard so that we could investigate why the cancellation facility was apparently not displaying and determine whether there was a technical issue.
We subsequently manually cancelled your subscription on 24 August 2026 and confirmed this to you in writing.
Importantly, your response to that confirmation was:
“Thank you for confirming the cancellation.”
We are therefore disappointed that our request for screenshots to investigate the dashboard issue has been described as a “deliberate delay tactic”, particularly when, for whatever reason, you chose not to provide the screenshots we requested, which would have allowed us to investigate the matter further.

I have been with Bozu for round 2 years now and they are by far the best meal preps I have ever had the taste and quality of every single meal is amazing and they are consistent every week. They make keeping in shape and training hard easy for me. Twl deliveries a week well packed and cooled with ice packs if I’m not able to take delivery

Terrible quality, broken packaging, undelivered orders, and unauthorized charge attempts! The plastic containers were broken inside, the food was stale and cold, and the meat was undercooked. My Sunday order was never delivered despite prepaying, and they automatically tried to recharge my card £124.70 after I cancelled. I am filing a chargeback with Lloyds Bank and reporting them to Trading Standards. Avoid this company!

We’re sorry to see your review, particularly as it contains a number of serious allegations that you did not raise with us at any point during your correspondence.
When you contacted us on 14 August, your request was specifically to cancel your subscription because you said you had not realised you had signed up to a subscription and only wanted to try the meals once. We explained the 7-day cancellation notice period and that the outstanding Week 2 payment would therefore still be due.
You then contacted us again on 16 August and specifically asked: “Will it definitely be cancelled after I pay for this one?”
We confirmed that the payment would be your final payment and that you would receive one final delivery, after which your subscription would be closed.
At no stage in any of these communications did you mention broken packaging, stale or cold food, undercooked meat or an undelivered Sunday order. These are serious allegations, and had you raised them with us at the time, we would have expected the opportunity to investigate them.
We are therefore disappointed that these claims have now appeared in a public review when they were never raised with us, particularly when our correspondence clearly records the reason for your cancellation and your understanding that the second payment would be the final one.
We have always been happy to address genuine customer concerns, but we also believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the circumstances and the communications that actually took place.

So far I’ve not had a bad experience. The food is good and actually tastes fresh compared to competitors (I’ve tried Simmer, Frive, Foodery, etc).
The feedback I would give though is:
1) Better order management on website, I think it needs a bit of work to make the process easier.
2) Don’t have all your meals delivered on Sunday because they will expire by Wednesday. Have two separate deliveries scheduled with them.
3) Price wise, they are on the more expensive side but the meals do taste good. Perhaps bigger portions to make up for the higher pricing would be nice.

After so many different prep companies out there , I came across bozu for my meal prep while training- the wraps are to die for ! Fast , reliable and tasty . Plus on top of the food , the customer service team are top notch!

Delivery Issue - but management dealt with
DPD delivered parcel to wrong address. Spoke to DPD who advised that Bozu need to raise an investigation with DPD. I emailed Bozu 24 hours ago to ask them to do this and send me a replacement order and no response. Also no phone number to contact them, only email, which is odd for a service-based business.
Update: had a direct call from the management team and two emails since. They have since dealt with it swiftly and I’m happy with the outcome

Incredible tasty and healthy food delivered perfectly. The food is so nice, feel full after every meal and you’re a getting quality product. I’ve tried loads of meal prep companies and Bozu is by far the best when it comes to quality (especially the meat) and flavour. Highly recommend

Food quality is consistently excellent…
Food quality is consistently excellent and the most flavoursome I have had from a meal prep company. The menu choice is really varied. I have had a couple of issues with the online experience but it is generally pretty decent and easy to navigate.
I noticed some have had poor customer service but I have never had any issues and always found the staff to be very helpful in resolving any issues I have had so far all round it is a 5 star experience.

Bozu has honestly made sticking to a healthy routine so much easier for me. Between working full time and training regularly, finding the time to cook good meals can be difficult, but their service takes all the stress out of it.
Every meal I’ve had has been packed with flavour, really fresh, and delivered exactly when expected. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the quality and the preparation.
What stands out most is how much time and effort it saves while still feeling like proper, high-quality food. I’d definitely recommend Bozu to anyone who wants healthy, convenient meals that actually taste nice.
