I am disappointed with the service I received. I have not received my order and I contacted them by email and I am still waiting for a reply.

I wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering. Order placed, money taken (stolen), nothing received. Have tried emailing and telephoning, absolutely no response. Note to self..... no matter how small the order, check the reviews!!

UPDATE ... website reported.

DID NOT RECEIVE THE GOODS, would not answer emails or telephone. Had to ask bank to reclaim my money. Never trade with company again !

I have tried to contact the company by phone and email as I haven’t received my order yet and can’t get an answer

For a start I have not receive my goods, so feel I have not had a very good service to date. Secondly, When I placed the order I cannot recollect any card security. Subsequently my card details were stolen so I makes me wonder if this web site is a scam web site. Therefore so that I can believe this is a bonified site I would like a delivery date. If not I will get the order cancelled.

Ordered tools and paid + postage since then nothing no emails and no response to emails or phone call just answering machine.
Appears to be a Scam company! Do NOT USE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

A week since I placed my order and no dispatch notification, no delivery and no response from BP Tools 48 hours after contacting them, despite an automated response saying they’d be in contact within 24 hours!

I haven’t recieved my item,I cannot get through to BP tools.

I like many didn’t check the reviews before purchasing as my experience has been exactly the same. Placed the order and paid, got the order confirmation and invoice but no contact since. Emails, phone calls and online contact form all remain unanswered. No idea if or when I will receive my goods but am increasingly doubtful. This has all the hallmarks of a scam. Trust pilot reviews also are never answered. Pass it on to Trading Standards. I have also identified that the VAT number quoted on the website is registered to "Site Supplies & Distribution Limited, The Old Workshops, Oakland Moor Court, Farley Road, Oakmoor, Stoke on Trent, ST10 3BD" whose primary shareholder is Mr Louis Charles COTTERILL. Not sure if there is a genuine connection or the VAT number is incorrect on the website????????????????
11/02/26 - Just tried calling the number again that's still shown on their website, now comes back as an incorrect number !!!!
11/02/26 - Reported via the Report Fraud website but as there are no other reports to corroborate they will not progress..

I ordered 7 bags of filler.

They should have been delivered in 3 days. I took almost a month.

I sent multiple emails to enquire about my order; no one replied.

I called to enquire my order; no one answered.

Finally, I got the delivery.

But it was only 5 items out of 7.

Joke company

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still showing as processing.
Emailed customer service and automated reply says they will attempt to respond in 24hrs but that was 2 days ago.
Tried calling help number but goes to answer phone.

The product was fine delivery (12 days)and communication very poor

Very late delivery, nearly two weeks and no reply to any phone calls or emails for an update. On the plus, a competitive price and well packaged. Unfortunately would think twice before using again .

Only received part order, still waiting for a response after contacting company.

The item has not arrived, a week after ordering. It was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. We have had no update or any response to our online query or phone calls.

Asking for a review on the service and I would to say very poor as I’ve not heard anything since I ordered and payed. So I’m presuming they sent the goods and I’ve not received them. I’ve never even had a message saying that they had posted the item yet and that was over a week ago.

Received the auto-generated email. So they have got my money. But 10 days later, still no product. They do not answer emails. Or answer their phone. Their contact form has not been acknowledged or replied to.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order, I haven’t had a dispatch email, order confirmation, no communication. They payment has been taken though, I tried to call the number on their website several times. No one picks up!
