Very good customer service and service…

Very good customer service and service in general. Had a slight issue where was double charged for an order but was easily resolved with dialogue from BPS though the problem was on PayPal's end. Jamie and Jono were quick to deal with the matter. Delivery was very thorough on time via DPD. Products as described, I haven't tested (microphone) as yet but it's pristine condition new. Definitely recommend to others.

Great company

Great customer experience and products.

I paid for a Saturday delivery for a camera I ordered but BPS’s supplier wasn’t able to deliver to them on time. Jamie at BPS let me know in advance and offered me different delivery options, keeping in touch throughout. I opted for a morning delivery and received a refund for the Saturday. Really great customer experience and great products. Will certainly use again in future.

Excellent Communication & Aftercare!

I ordered a refurbished Sony J-30 SDI, and Mark at Broadcast & Production Services was very attentive and supportive of the aftercare work when maintenance was needed. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in making sure the unit performed exactly as expected. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their equipment and provides real, hands-on support. I’d happily recommend Broadcast & Production Services to anyone looking for reliable refurbished broadcast gear.

First class company

If it was possible i would give 1005 stars. They are a very trustworthy company and the customer service could not be faulted in any way, along with very fast delivery. I would recommend without hesitation. Well done bps

Great service with bps-tv

All staff at bps-tv including Jamie are exceptional. Jamie helped my parents make a purchase online for over 30 minutes. The purchase was not straightforward but Jamie was always there to help either on the phone or via email. They are 100 percent trustworthy, genuine and friendly and I cannot recommend them enough. I had an issue with part of my order

I had an issue with part of my order, I was contacted and had a replacement sent out the same day I contacted them. They really do go above and beyond in terms of customer service. Would recommend them very highly indeed.
