GREAT PRODUCT AND SUPPORT
I had read online that BQool has excellent customer support. But nothing prepared me for when I got Jimmy as my support person. What a PLEASURE to deal with him! He was patient. He was knowledgeable. He even called me on the phone to walk me through the process. THAT is what I call support. It also helps that they have a FANTASTIC product which is completely customizable. Top Notch all around!

I finally build up my seller service reputation
When I just start selling on Amazon, my Positive feedback rate & counts were always the crucial factors for not winning the Buy Box. Until I use the Feedback Central service, I finally build up my seller service reputation and keep my Amazon account in good shape.
The user interface is easy to use, and the customer support is very friendly and attentive. I didn't spend much time to get my Email campaign setup. Their email template is highly customizable. With all kinds of variables and the toolbar, I can make my feedback email looks professional and visually appealing. .

best repricer in terms of value for money
Bqool is a great repricer for a great price, it's not the fastest repricer out there and it has its quirks, but it also has a lot of features and great support so in my experience it's the best repricer in terms of value for money.

Do everything by doing nothing
We are selling very few products on Amazon, and we use BQool to get more feedbacks and reviews.
Actually, I seldom login BQool after I tested and set it , everything is done silently. Still, I got almost 50 feedbacks every month by selling only a little over 25000USD.
I think the ultimate goal of using software like BQool is to finish all jobs by doing little, and BQool is doing perfectly!

As an Amazon newbie, I was baffled and frustrated by the complexity of BQool's repricing rule. I always couldn't get the repricing result I want. Fortunately, I got outstanding tech support from their Live Chat customer service. The agent walked me through each setting of the Repricing rule and spent a considerable amount of time discussing repricing strategies with me so as to set up the right rule for my business plan.

highly recommend bqool
I use feedback central and review central, two of the products from BQool. So far, i am quite satisfied with them. Both products help me record customer feedback and review so that I can have a direct outlook. The emails campaign is really useful for me because i have a lot of orders per day. This function resolve my trouble of manually sending hundreds of emails to customers per day. Saving any templates and send your emails easily and efficiently. Besides, if you don’t want to send some email, it allows you to block that email. Really considerate.
