Had a repair to a watch strap which was done on the spot in a matter of minutes with no charge whatsoever. So friendly and a fully stocked bar 👍🏻

Very impressed with BQ Watches. I found them really easy to deal with — responsive and quick with answers to all my questions.
The watch I bought was a used AP, described as being in very good condition. Honestly, that was a conservative description. It was, in fact, like new without a mark on it. They also gave me a great deal on the price.
I think buying from BQ gives you peace of mind because they’re a company with a strong reputation, and in my experience they absolutely lived up to it.
I would without a doubt buy from them again

Acceptable selling outcome in the end, but price offered seemed more about opportunism and pure haggling than a scientific and trustworthy valuation. Not what I expected.
I appreciate your response to what happened on the day. I had £1,000 taken off my price estimate based on your 20 minute testing process, despite having just had the watch fully serviced. Then £1,000 was added back again 10 minutes later after my watch was re-tested and found to be fine before I left the office!
This wasn’t a process that I had expected, to say the least! Nadia was polite, efficient and very responsive throughout - and I eventually walked away in a better place, but the process was a “journey” shall we say.

During your meeting, both the conversation and your watch were reviewed again. Upon inspection, the watch was found to be magnetised, which can occur if a watch has been exposed to an electrical field, even after it has been serviced.
After speaking with you, we carried out a second test. This confirmed that the watch’s readings were within acceptable limits, following which a revised price was offered, and we were under the impression that you were pleased with the outcome.
I attempted to call you regarding your review in the hope of resolving your frustration; however, you did not wish to speak with us, which was disappointing. We would have been more than happy to reverse the deal and offer an additional £250.
We are sorry that we did not fully meet your expectations. However, as no dissatisfaction was expressed at the time, we believed you were satisfied with the agreement reached.
Again, we would be happy to discuss any further concerns you may have. If you would like to do so, please feel free to call me on my personal number, which you already have.
