High additional charge for a close-by stop
The taxi arrived on the scheduled time and provided a comfortable ride. However, I was charged with expensive additional 10 euros for a stop that was practically on the way of the destination, and for which I had already requested upon scheduling my ride in the app.

beware last-minute changes
I ordered taxi for a specific time and date, and also selected payment with card. Approximately 30 min before the specified time I've got a call from operator, and he asked if it is okay if taxi comes 15 min earlier. I said okay, because I could get ready in 15 min that remained. But then taxi came almost immediately, and the driver was very angry and hurried us up. And he did not have a terminal for payment with card. I don't think such last-minute changes are good for passengers.

Very rude driver, do not book to the airport
Very rude driver, he arrived late and didn’t want to accept card. Despite I made it clear in the reservation I will pay by card.
It was a trip to the airport, so I already paid additionally, but he said that taking us inside the airport is 5 euros more. He dropped us outside the airport with my wife, two little kids and a bunch of luggage.

Nice and quick service
Had to use a taxi for an early Sunday morning flight from Eindhoven airport. Ordered a taxi online the previous evening. Everything was quick and easy - the taxi was there 5 minutes early and drove us to the airport just in time to catch the flight despite the huge queues at the security check. Would recommend Brabotax!

Honest and friendly
They took my child safely to school and back for many months. During all this time there were only a few misunderstandings that got solved immediately. They were flexible and always available. The staff is honest and friendly.
