I paid for one day delivery and it took a week. I also wrote this company to ask about the delivery process with no response...

Found the product I needed relatively easily and descriptions were accurate.

Received items quickly and were a perfect fit despite them coming in s, m, and large size descriptions. This is a problem for me usually. With the partial amputation of my toes socks usually bunch up under my foot but these fit my foot tightly and don’t bunch up. Thank you.

Put in my order and got a funny email. Tried chat on line which didn't hook me up right away, but Brace Aid Customer Service phoned me same day to confirm my order. Then received my order faster than expected.

Once ordered and shipped I was unable to get a tracking number as promised. I had tried a few times to get the tracking number. I did receive the item within the time stated.
When ordered I did not realize that Corflex is foam. I feel that in the description it should state that Corflex is a type of foam.

Calls get unanswered. Called about 3 times and no one answers the phone, leave a message on voice mail and all three times no one called back. Also false info regarding a big warehouse but the product was shipped from the supplier.

I like it, a little bulky but it helped me a lot on a 10 km hike in rocky conditions. It was for my left knee. Now will probably have to order one for my right knee lol. Thanks

Brace that my Physio Therapist recommended was available and works great. Took a little longer to receive than I had hoped but understandable as I opted for the least expensive delivery option.

I made a mistake in my delivery address. I sent them an email. No reply. I left a voice mail message. No reply. They confirmed shipping to the wrong address. I sent them another email stating it was the wrong address. No reply. Their customer service is completely lacking.

Everything was ok, good attendants.

After ordering online Brace Aid sent me the wrong size and colour brace. They then told me what I ordered was sold out - so why was it an option on their site? I would have chosen a different company. After a frustrating email thread they called and offered another option (which wasn’t available so they change it a third time). They sent fedex to pick up the old brace without providing me with the date and time of pick up; I just happened to be able to answer the door. They finally got the replacement item to me (shipping was exceptionally fast which was very nice). Customer service on the phone was lovely but all in all the seem disorganized and don’t correctly represent their inventory online.

My experience with the company overall was good, however there was some issues with the priority delivery, I paid for the 1-3 day delivery service, and the massage chair took over 17 days to be delivered.
Their customer service reps did the best they could with the shipping issue, but it was disappointing to pay for the extra and not receive it.
The massage chair is amazing, I’m glad I bought it.

The order tracking system is not helpful at all - it still says "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." However, an email I got from them a week ago said it's on its way, but I've never received any tracking. Also, part of it has shown up and part of it hasn't, and I have no way of seeing info on any of this.

Made an online purchase of a back brace. The next day I got an email saying that my order had been shipped. I waited a week and no shipment received yet so I contacted customer service to see if they could trace it. The customer service rep said she would do that and get back to me. Six hours later she emailed me to say that that particular brace was only available in their store and I could either pick it up in a few days or she could recommend something else that they could ship to me.
I emailed back to ask why I wasn’t told that when I ordered it and why had I received an email saying it had been shipped?
I asked them to refund my money and told them I would purchase the product elsewhere. Which I did and got the brace I wanted in two days.

Front end service is fast. Need to wait to see how many days/weeks it takes our snails pace postal service to deliver. One negative is WAY TOO MANY emails and texts after the purchase.

Website said next day shipping , took 3 days before my order got shipped , wasn't given a tracking number , called the customer service multiple times with no answer , voicemail was full , and the website told me to download the shop app , an app requesting access to my gmail account and messages to get the tracking . I got my order eventually , but never received a tracking number and the customer service was useless .
