I ordered a custom ring which was essentially the same as one of their standard rings but with a change to the inlay. The online chat is great and very fast responses from a human if the ai can't answer. My order was delayed which they communicated by reaching out through email that they were having supplier issues. They were very apologetic and offered a free ladies ring as an apology, just had to let them know the size. The ring I received was perfect, it is to be my wedding band and I couldn't be happier with it. I'll definitely be buying another one from this company when I inevitably end up losing this one....

Although I still haven’t received a Bracelet from this business, they have shown great customer service about when it will arrive. The bracelets from what I have seen look beautiful and I can’t wait for mine to arrive, I think it will make an amazing gift. :)

Not sure how I am expected to rate a service almost immediately after I am placed an order, so I waited three weeks. I appreciate that we live in difficult times, but my order has not yet arrived. I had some jolly nice welcoming emails, telling me I was a VIP customer, but still no earrings. The tracking doesn't work, and takes me to a 404 page. I've likely lost my money and my jewellery.
Please make it clear that your items are actually coming from China.

No package after 2 weeks, no response from seller!

I placed my order on 28/11/19 and I haven't received anything (today is 01/02/20), I have tried to contact customer services several times but I have had no reply.

I ordered a bracelet from Braceletts and I am very happy with it. The bracelet is really beautiful, in accordance with the pictures. It comes with a little pouch, an extra pearl and a bit of elastic.
I can really tell the company care about the products and I am extremely happy with the customer service. Totally recommend it

I ordered a product from them earlier this year. It came relatively fast considering i brought it during a promotion. I got the galaxy bracelet (with pluto of course) and its really good quality. I've probably had it for half a year now and its still in perfect condition. I'm not a massive jewellery fan but i really love this bracelet, its just so perfect and cute!

Still waiting for deliver. Ordering was easy.

Product looks fantastic, comes in lovely packaging and arrived extremely quickly. Only slight downside was the price but if it remains durable i'm sure it will be fully worth it.

Nice jewelry, very high quality. I got 2 rings for myself, and 2 as a Christmas present for 2 of my best friends. I’m sure they’ll love it.
