Awful. Sent me something I didn’t order. I requested a refund and never received a response

i put in an order in mid october , i got an email said it was delivered .
I found there email address on a search because their website has no contact info.,I told them i never go t it. They said somehow it wasnt delivered becuase of a possible wrong address.
I told them i still want it and here is another mailing address.
That was on nov 4th. STILL hgave not heard from them. They even gave me a phone number, but it doesnt work!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!! They have not gone through the BBB and are not a legit business. I bought a necklace from them and while I received the item, I did not like it and immediately requested a refund. The refund process has been an actual nightmare. I’ve exchanged over 20 emails for one refund, they assured me they processed it but it never showed up on my end. They advised that they would provide me with the supporting documentation to present to my bank by a specific date over 3 times now and I have yet to receive it. Every time I get a response the email is 5 paragraphs long, it seems to be an AI response despite the fact that a customer service rep’s name is on it but given the lengthy repetitive responses and apologies I’m sure it’s an AI response. Do not trust them, they are a total scam and a fraudulent company!

Foreign scammers! Stole my money and sent me a broken tarnished bracelet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Foreign sellers scamming Americans.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Selling fake materials and advertising as sterling silver. They do not stand behind their products and will not refund your money, although they will tell you they will. They will kill you with kindness and attempt to wear you out so that you'll give up and just keep their ugly jewelry. Bunch of con artists who need to be shut down.

Chinese company that pretend to be American. Not only is this company conducting fraudulent acts but they’re also false advertising. I have reported them to the ASA as fraud in the UK is serious and also going to report to the charity I support for endometriosis UK who they said a partial amount of my money would go to after purchase. I purchased a $16 bracelet and received a key ring. Luckily we’re protected by fraud in the UK and I’ll get my refund. I will do everything in my power to get this company shut down.

FAKEST WEBSITE EVER. You know it's fake when they're selling a $180 product for only $35. Please don't get tricked.

They sell cards of as reals but are actually fake products they sell off brand Pokemon cards do not buy like I have I’m screwed now they probably won’t refund!

To market it as Feng Shui bracelet but the product made from resin so not the act stone. I was not happy with this and have requested a refund

No confirmation email after placing the order. Taking ages to get deliver- I still don’t get my order which I placed about 3 weeks ago.

AVOID WHAT THEY ADVERTISE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET
I HAVE REPORTED WEBSITE FOR FALSE ADVERTISING ITEMS AND SENDING SOMETHING THAT IS NOT THE SAME
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID
They are now saying the image I thought I was getting was out of stock
Then they are saying I didn’t select the right option
They are just taking people for a fool and misleading you
Please do not give these your money
