Great customer service

I recently bought a bookshelf from Bracken Barn Interiors. There was an issue during transit, but the way it was handled really stood out. Joe was quick to respond, genuinely apologetic and made the whole process completely hassle free. He issued a full refund straight away and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Things sometimes go wrong with deliveries, but the level of customer care here gives me complete confidence. I would definitely buy from Joe again and I am happy to recommend Bracken Barn Interiors.

Excellent service and free delivery

Excellent service and free delivery. Joe delivered a splendid GPlan piece which was in really good condition and at an attractive price. Joe is also very knowledgeable about this iconic furniture. If I'm in the market for another similar item, Bracken Barns Interiors will be my first port of call

A fabulous company

Fantastic Experience, Great Item!
