I like the ring; however, the personalization is wrong. I used my grandchildren's initials, in all lower-case letters. The ring arrived with the first letter capitalized. Attached is a screenshot of the ring preview as I ordered it and as It was made and sent to me. The ring is also too big. Thank you, Betty Ament
Tomorrow is Mother's Day and the ring still has not come in. I am disappointed and upset. At this point I don't even know if it is coming.

Returned the ring 2 days after I got it. Reason: wrong size. Company still billed me for it after I returned it.
