First time for me ordering from Bradford Exchange. The product itself is good, but the service is lacking. I was suppose to receive the other book end but was notified that it is unavailable with no available date as to when it will be will receive it. I ordered them in time for my daughter's birthday, but now will not have it complete due to the non availability. I will not be ordering anymore products from Bradford Exchange sorry.

Arrived damaged. It's been almost a month and I still haven't heard back from anyone on how to return and replace it. Emails, phone calls etc all dead ends

I only have the first piece and as of right now, I would not pay this much for this item. I’m going to wait for the next one before I decide if I’m going to keep the subscription going.

Doesn’t look anywhere near as good in person as it does in the online photos. Looks very cheaply made and painted. Definitely not worth the $80 price for each piece, will definitely return.

The product is well made. However I am upset with Bradford exchange deceptive practices. I was under the impression that what I thought I was paying for the whole set was actually for each individual piece. I read the ad several times and it never said each piece was priced separately. It gave me a set price. I have contacted them to cancel and have yet to hear back.
