I thought I ordered the ring in silver. I got a gold ring. I do not like the gold ring. I sent a email to Bradford exchange to see how to return the ring but have not heard back.

I don’t know why this was sent to me. I have been trying to get answers as to why I have not received my ring. You certainly charged me but yet overnight payment was made and package is a week overdo and I have called and written you with absolutely no help! I just get told wait 9 or ten more days ups says they never received my package! Am I being scammed?

It looks nice and priced right
The red, white, and blue stones are smaller than the picture made them look so I wasn’t pleased about that but overall, it’s pretty and sparkles in the sun.
It’s ok, your photo makes it much larger than it is. Center stone is wonderful but not so much on the smaller ones. She’d happy so what can I say.
I have sent this piece of junk back to you for a refund. The ring I received only barely resembled the depiction of it in pictures. Very poor quality and looked like a ring a child would get out of a nickel vending machine. The simulated colored stones were in fact so simulated they resembled colored painted dots and not stones at all. I felt very duped and cheated. Please just issue my refund and do not count on me ordering any other pieces of junk from Bradford Exchange.
