This was the worst representation of a product I have ever experienced! Pic on the left showing the product as a wind chime. Pic on the right is what we received, obviously it’s not a wind chime at all, so we just hung it on a wall. VERY DISAPPOINTING! James / Mechanicsburg PA

I was pleased the the wind chime. I thought it would be a little bigger, but love the details.
I order this in August and have not received it yet. This is the second time I have verified the address and I was guaranteed that it would be delivered. I have given up on your customer service so would like my account credited.
