The motion train on the Christmas tree did not work at all. I called and emailed Customer Service and had a hard time reaching them. No return email but eventually (after a 30 minute wait) talked to a customer service rep. I sent product back and asked for a refund. The tree itself is beautiful but I could not take the chance of the same thing happening again. It would be nice if there was a Bradford Exchange store where you could look at products and buy on site.

Unfortunately this product is not the usual Bradford standard. The Merry Christmas sign was nailed in upside down and the caboose on the train is crooked so it keeps getting stuck on the tree branches as it goes around the tree ultimately turning off the train and lights. Not happy with this product.

First appearance of the tree is nice. However, when turning on the train that revolves around the tree, my satisfaction declined. Each train car is on a separate metal bracket that spins around the tree. The train cars were not lined up properly behind each other...which cheapened the appearance of the unit. When the trains rotated around the tree, it got hung up on a section of the track. I returned the unit.

The quality was pretty good. I would love to be able to find items that are better quality to last for years.
This product was fine. The last tree that I got was not the star is broken. Please let me know. What are we doing?
It's beautiful! The star on top was broken though but can be fixed
