The overall experience from ordering online via Bradfords to email communication firstly from Bradfords then from Forest Garden Group who manufactured and delivered was first class. The product is very sturdy, well designed and built and looks amazing as it matches our garden fencing. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

Fair price delivered in 2/3 days. 2nd drop took longer as no stock. Helpful drivers.

When i ordered a chicken coup, I read that you, Bradfords had 2 in stock. As i was in a hurry I ordered from you. I have since found out that you referred my order to the makers, to which they sent a message to say that they have received the order, that was 17th July. It is now the 24th. So I emailed them and got a short email back to say the sister company make them and they will let me know. No explanation as to time. In fact a very curt email. I regret spending a huge amount of money not knowing what is happening.

Not very happy as part of order was incorrect and another item was warped so couldn’t use. Had to buy from another supplier to finish the job. Would like refund please

Just wondering why the difference.

I had to cut the wood but had no authorisation to do it as not employed by Bradfords..
