Straightforward booking and delivery to a very occasional, non-trade customer. Much easier buying from than some other builders merchants. Clear communication about delivery, and a very cheery and helpful driver. Will definitely be using Bradfords for more in future.

Pure pleasure on a stick

Wrong boots sent, poor quality
I ordered 'Rockfall' safety boots from Bradfords' website, the Ross-on-Wye store sent me 'Proman' boots. These had an incredibly heavy sole but flimsy soft uppers. On returning the boots to the Ross store, it transpired that they did not have any of the website-listed boots, nor any other safety wellingtons, so had sent the Proman with no communication. I walk with a stick (having recently been hit by a car), and an arm injury, and so this was no easy manoeuvre, hence having ordered on the website initially. I was advised by the staff member to try Safety Shack in a nearby trading estate but they had very limited stock at very high prices. Very dissatisfied. I shall avoid Bradfords in the future.
