Not the best this time !!
Although we always have 5 star service from Bradfords, this time we were disappointed with the delivery.
Bradfords always ring and arrange a date for delivery to suit.
They rang us this time and we arranged the day.
Imagine our shock when we went outside the day before our expected delivery date, only to find the order had been delivered and left in the mud, not even a knock to tell us it was there!
Not great service this time Bradfords…

Absolute and utter disaster
Absolute and utter disaster. Delivery driver very rude and just "dumped" damaged delivery on my doorstep and expected me to sign for it. Not a chance.
I could hardly understand what he was saying because his english was so bad.
He "tried" to say that the broken item and the three parts that had come off the delivery "didn't matter". I would have accepted it but no way was I going to sign for it. So he took it away.
Item was 2 days later than advertised and now 3 days after the failed delivery I'm still waiting for a delivery date.
Unless something happens soon, and properly, I shall be cancelling the order and going elsewhere.

A great change.
A great change to go to builders merchant and get such a helpful and informative service. The staff in all areas of both the yard and the shop area were very helpful. Definitely a good experience.

Excellent service - but not the best price.
Excellent service - but disappointed I wasn't offered a discount on some large heavy STS fire proof boards that I loaded onto my trailer and collected myself - thus saving on the cost of carriage and transportation for an eligible free delivery by Bradford's to a location address where you lorries would have had difficult access.

Great people and decking.
Great people, really helpful in my DIY project. Fed up with the constant email asking how my experience was though. I've made several purchases as the project went on so now seem to get three emails a day. Would have been 5* if it wasnt for the constant 'youve got stuff in your basket' and 'rate your experience'.

Fast delivery.
I placed 2 separate orders online on Saturday and Sunday but they delivered them both on the Tuesday morning which was good. I received a phone call on the Monday morning to verify both orders and to check when I required delivery. I like the fact there's no delivery charge for small orders and I didn't have to bulk buy anything. The delivery was carried out quickly and respectfully and all the items were good quality.I will definitely use Bradford's again for building materials i require.
