I took up their offer for a free will writing service. A guy came out to take the details over several hours in April and told me I would get a draft in 2 months. Now October and still waiting. Chased a few days ago and was told someone would ring me with questions but nobody has

If you do not offer this service why are you still promoting it? If I had gone for chargeable services he was selling it might have been a different story

Spoke to this company at secc about there will writing service they phoned few days after to make appointment to speak to my self and my wife about a will made and appointments wither them for a Saturday morning the company email me day before to confirm still ok for appointment I reply saying yes that's fine sit in all day waiting in them and they don't turn up or don't have the decency to phone and cancle. ....bunch of cowboys avoid at all costs
