To keep our prices as affordable as possible for our customers while still providing the same high-quality products as many competitors, our items do not come with additional branded or tissue packaging. Products are typically packaged in a clear protective plastic wrap during production; however, some designs are not wrapped this way as the plastic could potentially cause damage to certain fabrics or finishes.
Regarding delivery, we aim to be fully transparent with our dispatch and delivery timeframes. Delivery windows are clearly shown on our website under our Delivery page and can vary depending on the option selected at checkout. Dispatch timeframes can also vary by product and are displayed on each product page to advise when the item will ship from our warehouse.

Braforme use Yodel as their delivery. You may not get your parcel
Braforme use Yodel as their delivery courier. Do not use, appalling service.
I ordered with no issues, Braforme has a great product range and ordering and delivery time are good. However, delivery is where it went very wrong.
I received an email from Yodel saying parcel delivered which I didnt see until later that evening, yet I've not received it. I was home all day nobody rang the doorbell. The photo proof is of the parcel. I checked outside, hall, lobby (I live in a block of flats) to no avail. The Yodel website is hopeless, made to download an app that sends you back to their website. I contacted Braforme for help. The customer service team are friendly and helpful. Response from Yodel was as their GPS matches the building it is considered a successful delivery, despite not actually delivering it to my flat door letterbox or alerting me by ringing the doorbell or the intercom that they have delivered.
Now I am out of pocket by over £50 and without the item I ordered.
Be warned if ordering and Yodel is provided as the courier (you dont get a choice) you may find yourself in the same situation.

Thank you for your feedback. Standard delivery for UK orders is via Royal Mail or Yodel. We also offer two faster shipping options via Royal Mail, which can be selected at checkout. For standard delivery, we always ask that customers let us know at the time of ordering if they have a courier preference so we can accommodate their needs. Unfortunately, if we are not made aware, we are unable to change the courier once the order is dispatched.
Our team has provided the GPS coordinates of where the delivery took place along with the delivery photo. This location matches the delivery point of your previous Yodel orders, which were received without issue. Please note that not all parcels can be delivered via the letterbox, as some items may be damaged if forced through.
We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help should any future issues arise.

Online systems need to be improved.
Disappointed that physical stock and online stock are not matched in real time. Would expect that in the age of 'technology' there would be better co-ordination between warehouse and online systems. This resulted in delay between order and dispatch of 11 days.

Disappointed - not enough stock to fulfill my order
Disappointed. I ordered pants to match a bra that I had purchased from a different website. The pants were a better price on Bra for Me so I though I would give this company a chance, however the pants never arrived.
After waiting for two weeks for my order, I emailed Bra for Be and I received a reply investigating and then a further email stating that my order had been cancelled as they didn't have enough stock to fulfill my order of one pair!
A full refund has been sent to me which I appreciate. However, had I known this potential outcome I would have spent a little more money and purchased the matching pants with my bra from the other more well known supplier.
I didn't realise this could happen once you had paid. Lesson learnt.

Unfortunately, towards the end of this dispatch period the shipment of stock we were expecting arrived damaged. As a result, we were unable to fulfil your order and the manufacturer was unable to provide replacement stock. We therefore contacted you as soon as possible to advise of the issue.
We did not receive a response to our original message, and it was only when you later contacted us for an update that we were able to reconfirm the situation and arrange the full refund as requested.
It is possible that our initial email was directed to your spam or junk folder, so we would recommend marking us as a safe sender to ensure you receive any future updates from us.
We are sorry again that we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion, but we do appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist you.
