Items are reasonably priced however I have had 'stocking issues' with both of my last 2 orders. Items were showing as being in stock at the time of ordering however I was then informed at a later date that there were problems with fulfilling the order. On the first occasion I was advised the following day, and refunded for that missing item 3 days later. On the second occasion I wasn't advised at all, and it was only when I chased a week later that I was told there had been a damaged shipment. All very courteous and apologetic, but it has put me off ordering from this company for a while.

I knew my size that I needed in a Tankini l, so was very happy when I found the one that was the same as what ive got but in a different colour and so much cheaper than anywhere else. So difficult to find something that fits at a reasonable price. Thankyou.

I made my 1st order and it was fine. I made a 2nd order and after 3 wks it still hadn't arrived. There was no message to say the item was out of stock. I had to ask for a refund which I received. Today I noticed in my account that they had requested a payment for an item that I had not ordered. I won't be ordering from here again.

Hello. Trying to get in touch with you via phone is impossible. There is no way of finding tracking information Tells you to go through SHOP? Not helpful at all.
It says on my online order form delivery between 2 to 4 days.
Reading the many reviews it seems this happens a lot. I have just got notification that my item is on its way 6 working days later. It would have been useful to know how long the order would take, mine up to 10 working days.

Becoming concerned at the lack of response regarding my order status, automatic replies confirm I should receive a response within 24hrs however that was 3 business days ago, I have tried to get an update via email and whats app. My order has not yet despatched. This does not inspire confidence folks! **an update- having sent several messages via all possible channels I received a response re a stock issue delay, I chose to cancel my order, I am awaiting a refund.**update refund received thankfully but I couldnt do business again with a company with this experience.
