Just plain bad customer service
Just plain bad customer service. Could fault the speed at which they came but as for trying to return my product and get hold of anyone to do so is nigh on impossible I've phoned on several occasions no answer and I have emailed to which I have got no response, all I wanted to do was return a pair of jeans as I didn't realise they were stretch denim but now they are out of the 28 day purchase return policy because I can't send back.

No reply after returning faulty Levi’s till bad reviews left
I had previously purchased Levi’s jeans and been happy with them. However when I ordered another pair the zip broke after two wears and the jeans looked more like a good fake than original Levi’s. Returned them to Brag and heard.... nothing!!
Update After posting this review I was contacted and refunded plus a discount code. Thanks

Impressed with the whole experience
Bought 3 pairs of Jeans on 28th October 2021, arrived next day, exactly as expected, sizes were all correct.

Like other recent reviews I would give this business a ZERO star review if I could - they sent the wrong size (a woman’s pair of trousers) then messed me around with refunding the item, I had to pay extra on the postage to get them back to the seller signed post- absolute time wasters! I would say this verges on SCAM
