Please stay away, I have had a bad experience with them. The internet speed is too slow, and it's not working even though I am paying 15,000 PKR for 10 Mbps. Also, the prices listed on the website are too low, and the sales agent Iqra and another girl lied to me, asking for 29,000 PKR for only 25 Mbps, which is completely wrong, a scam, and unacceptable for a user who has been using the service since 2021. They lack reliability and transparency in their pricing. These guys are very dishonest scammers trying to make money by fooling people. I found them very rude, unprofessional, and with a bad attitude.

Please note, I do not require a discount or anything else. Do not interpret this as a threat, but I believe it is my right to publish a review based on my experience with you, as I am extremely disappointed with your service. I am paying a high fee each month for nothing. Additionally, the website states that installation charges are zero, yet I have spent around 50k. Your service is merely a waste of time and money, and it has stressed me repeatedly. I have also informed you multiple times about the internet performance, but I have received no positive response.

These people spam and claim they were given your details by someone else (a customer or associate of yours) who recommended they contact you but of course they will not name this person because they do not exist (brain.net.pk are spammers)
