I bought a walking pad and unfortunately it broke within a couple uses. Fortunately, BrainGain offers free return/replacements for faulty items. When contacting the team, Zain from BrainGain promptly assisted and supported my queries and I returned the machine and received a refund within two weeks of making my support request.

I bought a walking pad from Molly and it works well and is good quality. Molly was very helpful, as was the man who I collected the machine from, who put it in my car for me.

I had a problem with one of the handles for my adjustable dumbbell not working properly so I contacted Customer Services and Hassan was great in keeping me updated and letting me know when the new replacement handle was on its way to me.

I bought the 41,5 kg adjustable dumbells and am very satisfied. I also had a little issue with a defektive part which was handled very fast. I was sent a replacement part and was very happy with Sultan who handled my request.

Jon was very helpful and kept in contact to make sure all was good with our treadmill. Even kept in touch afterwards to check if we need any further help.

I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

After an initial blip, my experience has been very positive. Four days after ordering a pair of adjustable dumbbells I hadn’t received a notification of dispatch and they had not been delivered. I got in touch with customer services for an update. Zain dealt with my email quickly and the dumbbells were delivered the next day. They are a solid bit of kit, weight change is very smooth and quick. Mistakes happen, there was an issue with their system, they fixed it quickly and were transparent about it. Thats all you can ask for. Great service and great product, especially when you compare the price to other brands.

We ordered adjustable dumbbells from Braingain. Initially I was sceptical about the quality, the 24KG pair looks good and hope we will be able to use it for long term with regards to quality.

I’ve been using the BrainGain adjustable dumbbells for a while now, and I can honestly say they’ve exceeded my expectations in every way. The build quality is outstanding — solid, well-balanced, and clearly designed for long-term use. After an initial wobbly start with brain gain I have to come and ammend my review. While delivery took longer than expected and comms related to this delay were poor, the item itself (walking pad) arrived and it's good quality and study. Then post sale I was contacted by the customer service team to apologize and try and make ammends which I can very happily say they have indeed gone above and beyond to rectify this small error. We can all make mistakes, it's how it's delt with that shows how good a company is and brain gain really did get there in the end. Many thanks to Molly for her aftercare, it's been exceptional

MY RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT ORDER.I booked express shipping (“1–2 business days”), but in the end the delivery was significantly delayed and incomplete. Only the dumbbell stand was delivered; the dumbbells are still missing. At the same time, the Shop app showed the order as “delivered” even though not everything arrived. I only received the express shipping fee refund after complaining, but that’s not the main issue. Overall very disappointing: shipping handling, status/tracking, and communication do not meet expectations.

MEINE EMPFEHLUNG: NICHT BESTELLEN. Ich habe Expressversand „1–2 Werktage“ gebucht, am Ende war die Lieferung deutlich verspätet und unvollständig. Es wurde nur der Hantelständer geliefert, die Hanteln fehlen weiterhin. Gleichzeitig wurde in der Shop-App „delivered“ angezeigt, obwohl nicht alles angekommen ist. Den Express-Aufpreis gab es erst nach Beschwerde zurück, aber das ist nicht das Hauptproblem. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend: Lieferabwicklung, Status/Tracking und Kommunikation passen nicht.

I received mu dumbells, there was a problem with one of the weights (instead of 2.5 it was a 1.25 kg) which was swiftly handled by the support staff. The workout is well-fitted to my needs. Great product and I commend the support staff! Keep up the good work!
