My daughter ‘tested’ the app for fun (paying 0.5 euro or so) and automatically (without her knowledge nor intent) got into a subscription on the basis of which 39.90 euro was taken automatically from her bank account. She had not subscribed and therefore had no account properly speaking. As a result she couldn’t access her account nor cancel the subscription! The company admitted that she didn’t have a proper account (and therefore couldn’t cancel it) but refused to reimburse past payments !

Frauds. First of all I paid 19.99 for the test. Kinda steep. But I was willing to do it. However when I saw an unauthorized charge for $59 a few days later, this was unacceptable. After reaching out to the company and no success with a resolution I am disputing the charge with my bank. The people behind this company are complete and total fraudsters.

The IQ test looks legit but it's almost impossible to cancel by yourself online. I got yanked around by their website trying to cancel and it cost me an addition $49.99. It's a site that suckers you in and makes it hard to cancel to get $50 out out you.

FRAUD, you think you pay 50cts but they will charge you a subscription days later which is hidden in the terms and conditions.

Luckily my bank also marked the transaction as fraudulent, it didn't go through. Still not sure if I will be charged or not, but on advice of my bank I blocked my card.
