Brainscape is an amazing app with endless possibilities. I’ve been using it to study German, and it’s been incredibly effective for learning and actually retaining new words. The spaced repetition system works.

Creating new decks is super easy, especially by importing CSV files. The format is straightforward, and you can have entire decks ready in just a few minutes.

Overall, Brainscape has been a super partner for my studies. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Brainscape is such a helpful revision resource especially for A levels, the cards are always well written and is great for active recall. The only thing I wish is to have discovered or recommended it sooner to help with GCSE's. But im greatful to have it know, im sure it can provide me the A stars if I use it enough. Thankyou so much

Really wonderful experience with flashcards to study for the WSET2. I don’t know how I’d be able to do it without these cards and their creative way to remember the material. Also that a Master of Wine candidate put them together makes me trust in the reliability of the information!

Brainscape made studying for my WSET levels2 & 3 so much easier. Work by yourself or work in teams to challenge each other. Yesterday I used it for a fun game with a group of ladies out on a wine touring weekend

I really like the idea of having the multiple levels of the cards based on how well you know them. I think that it's really helpful when it comes to learning these words, because the ones you do know shouldn't come up as often as the ones you don't. I think that it's wonderful how you can set up your own category and add a description for it as well. Not to mention that you can create as many flashcards you want for free! Overall I think that this app was a very helpful tool to me as I took a self-study course in Senior year of high school which required me to make flashcards to help me learn with a test for each module every week.

Brainscape is very good. It helped me a lot to learn a language, and it's fun to learn. It's not as boring as books. I highly recommend it to everyone.

When I started to learn German, the program had a link to Brainscape where they had created a set of flashcards specifically for each German lessons. This was an invaluable help in my progress. The German course was based on using "chunks or phrases" for learning which was an ideal match with the flashcard methodology for retention and monitor progress.

Very disappointing service. I work for a company where our intellectual property was used on multiple flashcards, and when flagging this with the customer service team they request proof of every single example before removing it from the website. It required an unnecessary amount of time for such a clear violation, given also that we had already supplied examples, with the college name also stated in the posts.

Entering and customizing the cards is easy. Nice, clean interface and no technical issues.

When I first found them, I was looking for an easy way to get digital flashcards. And it does the job very well! However, what I really like is how the company respects you as a customer. Every email I get from them ranges from study tips, little bits of the life of the email writer (such as them mentioning they're currently binge-watching South Park), and reminders to study!

They also recently emailed me saying they would send me some bookmarks and stickers because of how often I use their services. And I didn't need to pay a dime! Both for use of service and the free things!

This company rocks.

I like that I can study quietly anywhere I am.

I don't use Brainscape that often because I don't use flashcards often right now and use Quizlet when I do. The website can be a bit slow sometimes. I enjoy the emails about the premade history refresh, some podcasts, I really enjoy the articles, and emails from the founder because I think and hope they are actually from the founder. Great study resources there and accountability/connection to the app and academic journey.

I'm preparing for the WSET Diploma exam, and they have a massive dedicated set of flashcards based on the very material that needs to be learnt. Very useful!

I just use it at a very basic level to learn Italian vocabulary. I am not very tech savvy, but find using Brainscape as I do, to be a very helpful tool.

Love Brainscape. User friendly. Would recommend it to everyone.

I've greatly appreciated the ability to quickly and easily build flashcards that support the multiple languages that I am learning. The app has been a great tool.
