I had an issue getting Ultimate Addons for Elementor to format the header exactly as I needed it too. There was a conflict with some code that I couldn't resolve.

I messaged the Brainstorm Force team and explained my issue, not expecting a quick response, as a free plan customer. They responded very quickly, and after a couple of days and only a couple of emails, the issue was sorted and my header looks exactly as I'd hoped it would.

Updated domain name, now the paid plugin will not process updates. Can't access the customers account, because 2FA, and it wasnt previously. Brainstorm force's application is resulting production delays. Avoid.

Dear Brainstorm Force - Instead of jumping through hoops that your product introduces, the client approved the work to replace all of the widgets that your plugin provided.
Now they are cancelling their renewal with your company.
Companies like yours need to learn how to serve your clients better, they are your customer, but they have others working on the site.
What's bad is, they actually reached out to your company, and was told there is nothing that could be done. So in the end, I guess you really didn't value this customer.

Initially i had great difficulty in getting started as beginner and made some mistakes.The support was very quick to respond and assist me. From then on everything was a breeze. The addon is very efficient, Though the set-up were tricky i managed to get over that with help of the helpful support.
