After following up with the support team for more than 90 days, there has been no resolution to tickets. Support team goes around in circles with no clear solution to offer. Even after sharing log traces multiple times, support team is unable to comprehend the issue and provide a solution to paying customers.

Revising the review on April 7, 2023 based on poor customer support. Downgrading to 1 star from 5 in 2 months.
It is a nightmare having to deal with customer support. Tickets get closed without assigning a reason. Extremely difficult to get issues resolved.

Our association with Brainstorm Force's products began in August 2022 and soon upgraded to a growth bundle in October 2022. Have had to interact with tech support four times till today (Feb 3, 2023 ). We are pleased with their expertise and customer support.

I am using ConvertPlug for turning visitors in subscribers. Before I tried several ways to integrate Newsletter and CRM software into our Wordpress site. Most of them were very complicated or not useful. Before I used ConvertPlus as part of my theme, but I used to have some problems with building the process. After set up it was working pretty fine, but it takes a lot of time and the function was limited. Than I tried Optinmonster just a few hours. It takes often a long time to put a design element there to a page (because the Optinmonster system was very slow). Also if I want to use simple basic functions like exit popup i take one of the highest packages. Than I tried ConverPlug. I have to say I REALLY LOVE it. Much cheaper than OptinMonter, much easier and faster to build.I could build everything I wished and even more!!! We now give our visitors the choice of an Whatsapp or Email Newsletter. We could more than double our subscription rate in the first week compared to ConvertPlus (also Brainstorm Force) and it is much easier to build up a process and you have more possibilities in design and enduser usability. I tested over the years many other tools and EMS service integrations, but I was not really satisfied with either design possibilities, process or function. ConvertPlus was before the best I know but not really what I want. ConvertPlug gives me finally what I want and even more!!!!!

On my first experience in contacting Ultimate Adds for WordPress which is owned by Brainstorm Force I had a very quick response and very polite and concise support from Umar at Customer Care team. He was quick to sort out the issue and very polite which isnt always the way with companies nowadays so it was reassurring and nice to experience. Omar went above and beyond to help me . Was very impressed . Would hae left an earlier review but had a sickness. A very pleased and assured customer. Excellent customer service. I think when web designing for yourself or others to have companies with excellent support is gold dust, so thank you.

Support was quick and issue was resolved with 24hours

The Elementor Header & Footer Builder WordPress plugin is wonderful. I highly recommend it. I was having an issue with their plugin suddenly not working and the support team was good enough to point me in the right direction. Come to find out, another plugin (AMP) was causing the issue, so I deactivated it, and presto! everything was good again.

Really great product and company to deal with. Love using Astra with elementor - it's fast and the support is always speedy and easy to understand.
