Excellent service from nick at Braintree van sales, great part ex prices for my current vehicles, and looked after me on a Toyota Hilux , thankyou would highly recommend

One star would be an over exaggerated score for this company.
Sold me a van with a completely broken engine which needs replacement. They have completely washed their hands of me and the van. Service is shocking and I my advice Would Be to Stay well clear
After nearly 2 months I still don’t have the V5 so technically don’t even own the van.
Nick appears to be the only person that works BVS and comes over as a nice guy until you get the van. Then the Problems start
The delivery driver push the vehicle off the back of the truck claiming the battery was flat. In short the the Piston rings are shot and the cylinder head is cracked But Nick told me it was running and was well maintained. Despite trying to get the van to run myself and getting a professional inspection BVS are refusing to help. I’m now going through the small courts

Bought a van here last year in November.
Had to wait 3 months for v5.
They charged me the road tax fee, but never paid it to dvla. I found this out the hard way, by being pulled over by the police.
I called, emailed them, texted and after a very long time things got resolved. Or so I thought!!!
I now got a letter from dvla telling me the tax runs out by the end of the month!
So I paid for the full year, they taxed it for six months and stole the reast of the money!
Stay well clear if you value your mental health and your money!!!!
