Don't Be So Pushy...Enough Is Enough.
The first/main part, before the first offer to join Brainway, was great! I not only did the 3 month subscription but I also took screenshots of ideas, etc, to help guide me. I didn't see anywhere that it is an actual subscription with ongoing pymts. If there are, I will not only be very disappointed in y'all but also pretty missed off.
The rest of it started getting on my nerves after 3 or so offers. Enough is enough. I agreed to buy your 3 month plan. Offer me 2 of the best and then offer the rest in the welcome email or something like that. I almost called t b earlier whole thing off, i was so mad and frustrated! And I'm a very patient person and really need this.

Duplicitous company
I was duped into being charged for 1:1 coaching which I didn’t want at a cost of £73 per month.The company literally inundated me with emails to get me to sign up for their programme.I was also charged£31 for the monthly plan which I had (according to the customer service specialist ) forgotten to cancel.They refuse to refund my money so my advice to anyone thinking of using this company :DO NOT as they don’t give a damn about customer service and just want your money.
UPDATE:Brainways response gives the impression that if I contacted them they would assist me.Unsurprisingly this was not the case and they just reiterated the same robotic response I had received about 6 times previously.
Trust me when I say this company is 100% untrustworthy.
Even when I told them my mother had just passed away and that as I was a senior citizen surviving on a pension I could ill afford to lose £103 (for something I was duped into subscribing for )the company still refuse to give me a refund.
Absolutely despicable .
Incidentally I never even used the app nor the 1:1 coaching as I was too preoccupied grieving for my mother .
What a sad incompassionate world we live in.

Really good, bitesize lessons
Brainway.app has been really good. The chapters are broken down into bitesize lessons so you can go at your own pace, this really helps me. The tracker is really good for your moods and you can amend it to put different emotions which I really like. The support team were excellent as well Nora replied really quickly and the customer service was awesome, so thank you. Really recommend this app

Do not use this app or company
Do not use this app or company. Their terms and conditions are so embedded, I had no idea they were signing me up for a subscription of over £100 per month. They add lots of ‘free’ add ons and then charge you for them 27 days later. No ending, no advance warning of payment, no ability to cancel via the app. Appalling. Please do think very carefully about signing up.
Edit: they claim to want to help resolve. THEY DON’T. This is a ploy to try to mitigate the review. They still have the money and have no intention to refund. Reported to bank for support. Please do not be fooled but their calm approach. They just want your money.
