I feel motivated. I have some serious health issues but for some reason I think that this will help me get to where I want to be without pushing me physically. I am ready.

I requested cancelation of full subscription to brainway app on 10th March '26 Same was confirmed to me via email from there Support team. Today I discover they have deducted € 28-99 from my a/c despite the confirmed cancellation I received 6 weeks ago . I recognise now that the full subscription wasn't cancelled. In the original package they included a separate free month of walking yoga however when they cancelled my subscription they decided to start charging for the walking yoga app. The way they advertise there merchandise is very deceiving to the customer. I would not recommend signing up to them because of the sneaky way they take money from people's a/c - yet again another company with a work ethic that exploits the customer .I wrote to the brainway team outlining that I further studied there marketing strategy sales pitch . I recognise that they outlined in very very very small print their practice to auto renewal customers subscription. At no point did they ask premission from customers did they wish to have an auto renewal subscription put in place. I asked why don't they outline their practice re auto renewal in the same format they advertise there original product.? I got an answer that was just more woffle !!! I asked why not use the same large sized print and presentation when outlining their practice to auto renewal - no straight answer again and they refused to refund me any money . The money is only part of the issue. On principal they should not set up a charging sys where by their subscribers are not asked directly do they want to set up a monthly subscription. They write the auto renewal info in such small print that it's extremely easy to miss. They advertise sale of the package using a sneaky technique of gifting the buyer with a month of walking yoga app access. It's all laid out in such a way that people like myself get caught with there sneaky marketing practice.- very under hand work . People invest their hard earned money into products that they feel they can trust. Companies like Brainway exploits people's vulnerabilities for there own financial gain -Companys forget that for them to stay financially afloat and make a profit they need the ongoing trust of the customer. Well that trust is broken when customers are not treated with respect . So " Brainway" I hope you learn your lesson the hard way . Karma will come back to bite you and hopefully you'll pay down the line for not being upfront with your very valuable customers whom you depend on to survive .

I hava brain injury and really struggle with executive functions
These e include time management. Organization, task Completion and im sure there are other categories that many of us recognize! Even though i have a staff person 12 hours a week to help me c specifically with those. We are getting no where. It is my GREATEST HOPE that she and I can use the worksheets etc to get into a system and organize _decanter my apartment. I Neverending this money on my self. I am extravagant in love and giving to others; this time I did that for me. After all, a nice massage might cost this much, and while that IS self-care, the results of this will, I hope, last a lifetime!!!!

Misleading terms (have to give 48hrs notice to cancel after I thought was a 7 day plan - no info on app about a plan). Wish I had read the Apple reviews first. Don't sign up - I feel conned.

Waste of time and money though I only paid for a discounted month. The website is mostly boxes to tick about what you've eaten, how tired you are, your mood etc, all very time consuming and boring, kif there is any support or advice, i did not find it.

took too long to complete based on repeated questions to add something else for a fee.

It was great to be able to get a discount on my sign up so I can trial it for less to make sure I’m able to commit to it before going ahead at full price. During the sign up the questions about all the add-on options got annoying as there were so many. It also annoyed me to see that after offering everything individually there was a bundle, I feel like that should be reversed, offer the bundle then offer individualized items from it to see if one interests people more than all together. It would also be nice if this could be one page of selections instead of individual as I got annoyed with it and stopped even reading what was offered. I have yet to start using the app so I can only speak about the initial purchase process.
