I have been using the mild dose and they have helped me tremendously, taking them as and when needed as my job is mentally and somewhat physically challenging. No side affects, drink more but that's for the good really. All in all great company and service and definitely recommend Brainzym.

My son has ADHD and taking Brainzyme really helped him get through his exams. He continues to take them daily to help him stay focused. Would definitely recommend them.

I've tried different products over the years. I do feel a little bit better on them, I've been on and off them and after a few on/off episodes I've got to order again. don't expect miracle but definitely gives u a bit of a push

Sad to say that I was asked to write a review on the Brainzyme website, which I did, but they took it down or made it impossible for folk to access. There was nothing offensive or inaccurate, just a few clear statements.
After using their Focus Elite product at the standard dose for over two years, since July 2022, I cannot say that I have noticed any benefit. I tried upping the dose a few times and still cannot say there was any beneficial impact. The only measurable difference was to my bank balance.

Brainzyme responded to suggest that it was my fault for using the wrong product and I should have gone for the cheaper PRO version. I thought that the ELITE, 29 in 1 formula, being 33% more expensive, would be 33% better than the PRO, 20 in 1 formula! What a weird world we live in.

After further assistance from Fraser at Brainzyme, I tried using the FOCUS PRO product and, initially, I was not impressed. However, a Friend suggested I combine the Brainzyme with Lion's Mane, which I did. Using FOCUS PRO with nutrition geeks Lion's Mane Focus+ was transformative. I felt very much more alert and, as I was hoping for all along, more focused. Consequently, I have revised up the rating and give Brainzyme the benefit of the doubt.

I have to say, these do work. Quite how well and how consistent seems to be down to your own routine. I find that if I take them first thing in the morning at least 30-60 mins before food they have the best affect. I have never drank coffee before so I feel like these hit me harder than most people. Two in the morning is the absolute max. First time I took two I had a headache (but ticked off more jobs than I had all week). I dropped the dose and slowly upped again and now take two each morning. My gf often comments on my mood being much better. It's not a miracle cure, but it def makes a significant difference. If taken as part of a routine that includes sleeping, eating and living well, then these are a great addition to daily life and focus.

These actually do make a difference. Focus is much more available, distractions distract less, I can return my mind to the task at hand with more depth of thought and less eventual fatigue. I’ve used Focus Pro for several months and now use Elite. Much more expensive, yet comes with other benefits that better offset whatever it is that requires me to resort to supplements. These are no substitute for healthy eating and exercise, but an enhancement to it. One star off for the high cost.

Two sons taking the focus pro. One in uni with a heavy assignment load and autism, these are helping his focus. The second is at college but has severe focus and attention deficit due to a long undiagnosed sleep disorder. He feels more alert and with it than he has for years. The focus pro are definitely contributing to that. Thank you.

It does what it says it does. The product has helped me with my ADHD whilst studying for my degree.

These were recommended by my therapist and I was so excited to try them. I’ve tried all 3 types of Brainzyme supplement and I’m incredibly impressed. When I’ve taken a Brainzyme- I can focus on one thing at a time. The other normally open tabs that are really noisy, become silent. Recommended to all my friends who say they have soooo many thoughts whizzing around their head! I’ve got this on subscription now because I don’t want to go back to all the noise in my brain. Such an incredible supplement! 11/10

Improved focus and energy levels.

I’m re writing this review because this company has excellent customer service and after my initial experience of not feeling any results they followed it up and suggested me their other range Focus Elite capsules and also. I was taking Focus Pro before but they didn’t do anything for me. No improvement in my focus with them. But they suggested me to try Focus Elite which I did. These capsules definitely helped me towards my attitude positively. I am still waiting for results about my focus but i definitely have much positive attitude which in turn helps.

Their customer service is great and I would recommend you contact them if you don’t feel the results you were expecting from their products.

Everyone is different so effects can vary too that’s what I think.

Good product and also super fast delivery

It helped me concentrate and become more alert but as per the memory part I still do not feel it as such.

It much improved my brain fog after viral infections, I am still using it.
To be extremely benificial, please you need good night sleep before it.

These supplements (focus elite) have been a godsend. I am awaiting an ADHD diagnosis and find that taking these each morning help hugely with my focus and I feel less stressed too. My husband has commented that I seem calmer and happier when on them. I find I can focus my attention on the task at hand and complete it.

I would say, though, that in a time of extreme stress, they don’t have an effect. I do only take 2 a day as I don’t want the extra caffeine, so maybe a higher dose would help for others. It is a mild but notable difference and absolutely worth trying if you struggle with emotional regulation and other executive functioning issues.
