What an excellent company
What an excellent company. I was servicing my old jaguar and needed some small brake parts and ordered these from Brakeparts. My order arrived very promptly but there was a small mistake in the order. I rang and spoke to the service desk who were exremely helpful and promised to correct my order immediately.
I received my order the next day, they sent it by express delivery. I was very pleased.
I would recommend this company to anybody, their customer service is exceptional.

All good with one exception
All good with one exception. I paid for Next Day delivery via courier DX. Unfortunately DX failed to deliver the next day and despite both myself and Brake Parts chasing DX they also failed to deliver the day after. Further chasing again by both myself and Brake Parts managed to get the delivery upgraded to a pre 12 delivery and finally the parts were delivered, 5 days late. Obviously Brake Parts did their best to help and I am grateful for this, maybe I was just unlucky but I was really disappointed with the way DX treated me. I was without the use of the car for an
unplanned additional four days due to their poor service. If you need the parts and DX is still the courier then on balance I would pay the extra for a pre 12 delivery.

Excellent service and communication and decent price for my brake discs from Brake parts.
Unfortunately only 4 stars due to the poor service from the delivery company who took over a week past the expected delivery date to finally deliver my items and little or no communication.
