I was on my way home from visiting my family when my break started making a weird noise. I wanted to make sure everything was okay as I had my granddaughter with me and getting home safely was top priority and I saw this place brakes Plus and decided to stop there. When I got there I talked to a service advisor by the name of Mike about my options and the whole time I was talking with him he kept staring at my granddaughter inappropriately and had a terrible attitude towards me. Turned me off from having my brakes checked by this place. I decided to drive it down the road to another brake center because of his behavior towards my granddaughter which is underage and I was afraid of him(Mike) having my phone number or address. I got a weird vibe from him. He made me so uncomfortable. I expect more from a service advisor and because of that interaction I have taken my business elsewhere
