Bralift Australia is a total SCAM Bras are completely incorrect sizing - not as advertised. I followed all return instructions and sent the bras back to China and the package bounced back. Total SCAM company and product - no response from emails. They advertise an Australian shop - also a lie!

My returned goods sent back to China on the 13th February has now arrived back to me this morning.
Signs on parcel say “Bounce Message” parcel refused and unclaimed.
I returned to the address supplied by email by BraLift.

Do not buy this product it’s a waste of money. The bras have no support and are Ill fitting, the material flimsy. When I returned mine to sender I got no refund as you have to contact them first for an address to return to! This is only so they can keep your refund from you. Very poor company do not trade with them.

How can this company continually get away with this too of. When will someone do something about it????

Don't even consider purchasing this bra if your DD !!! Got the largest 4XL from size chart which told me would fit my bra size. Only covers half of my boobs. Don't waste your money!!

Such a scam company First they are Chinese company pretending to be in the uk and aus second they offer a full refund but when I went to collect they informed me I will not get my money back unless I can prove the item was returned to them unfortunately even with international tracking it goes as far as china and not to the address. They kept saying I was better off with a 20% refund which is way less than the cost of paying for the return and getting my money back.

I was soo looking forward to receiving my lovely new bras however they were such a disappointment. They did not fit at all as the shoulder straps are about 20cm too short. The refund offered is to be added to my account do I couldn’t take any advantage of that without giving them more money. Note to self, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

My bra arrived today after the longest wait, it is so not what I ordered the material was cheap & flimsy no were near my fit all.... trying to contact the company all the pages they had up all gone postage to return is more than the Bra, I thought this was a UK company but no should have read it better cant even put in the charity shop lesson learnt I hope read all the small print

Don't even think about ordering from this company. The advertisement through Facebook says it is in Australia (or for others in the UK), but the company is actually based in China. The product is a VERY POOR quality, providing no support, made of lightweight flimsy material and the sizing is not true (I ordered XL and they fit like Small!). STEER CLEAR! And when it comes to returning, you have to pay tracking postage to China, and then they offer a 20% refund! What a joke. Yet to be resolved. TOTAL SCAM

Sent 2 bras with completely the wrong cup size. Repeatedly asked for photos then told return to China would cost me same amount as the bras themselves or I could have a 20% refund…. Total SCAM

BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM BRA LIFT in UK or elsewhere. They are scammers. Will send you the wrong item, refuse to exchange it despite the guarantees on their pages and then if you finally get an address and pay to return the goods
They will refuse to pick it up from their customs in China because they have to pay a tax.then if you try to claim on the registered and insured mail Australia Post will not do the right thing by you.

What a lot of rubbish these are. I wish I'd read the reviews before parting with my money, but soon learnt that they s company is dreadful. It took weeks for the bras to arrive, and now they have but are such poor quality, no support, cheap nasty fabric - I'm not sure they are fit for anything but the dustbin. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Save your money! The bras are ill fitting, poor quality and offer no support.
This is not a UK based company, returns have to be sent to China at your expense! The only alternative you'll be offered is a 20-30% refund and you get to keep the bras, which are no use to you whatsoever.
Get yourself off to good old M&S (other bra suppliers are available!) and save yourself the hassle.

Very uncomfy as the underband rolls up. I returned it to the stated return address on the packaging and have been denied a refund on the basis that address is wrong. Now that is their error so should make no difference. Under UK law the retailer is responsible for returns, but the only UK address is the returns address on the packaging 153 Blakeney Way Cannock, WS11 8LD. So that is where to report to Trading Standards.

Not a UK based company, China based even Chinese names in UK emails! Asked for a refund as these bras are not supportive for large women. I'm a 42DD and the XL that's supposed to fit and hold me in the perfect, comfortable position was like wearing nothing at all. Not hold no support, even a slight wobble and they would move unlike the videos on their website. I was offered a replacement to the same cost or 20% refund and £5 off my next order....lol

Absolute Trash - if only i had read the reviews first. China rubbish and they wont refund full amount. Product is AWFUL. Dont buy.

Same as all the other reviews insofar as quality and attempted returns! I did try to check for reviews before I bought (advertised on Facebook) but there were none. Actually it does say on the returns page that they are at the customers expense to China (but no indication as to cost) but you really have to review it carefully. Descriptions on the product page are very incorrect, no support with the band, it's huge, and the cups are tiny. So not a honest company!

As many previous posts have said this company poses as UK but returns are to China!

When requesting a refund they offered 20%. They say that their refund policy states refunds are at the customer’s expense, however the policy does not mention China.

I kept pushing back stating the above and mentioning that their refund policy does not mention China and they are branding/trading as a UK company. I threatened to take them to Trading Standards. So after several emails back and forth they increased their offer from 20% to 30% to 40% and finally 50% refund which I accepted.

So if you keep going back you can get at least 50% back, still not great though

This is not a UK based company despite the address and goods are NOT refundable unless you want to pay £20+ to return to China. Shocking customer support and sizes wouldn’t even fit a child! 20% refund as a gesture of goodwill and oh as a bonus you can keep the goods despite you telling them it wouldn’t fit you.
