No refund

Really, really bad experience with Deyongs and brand alley at the moment and still not resolved. They are completely ignoring me for a refund. I am still waiting for since April (now June) sent proof of dispatch back to them sent proof of delivery to them and still no response absolutely disgusting Customer Services and you can’t even speak to someone to take it higher. It was an order through brandAlley and they are equally as unresponsive and unhelpful. I warn you to stay away from Brand Alley and this company as you were not get your money back.

Return agreed 6 May still waiting 11 June

Return agreed 6 May. 11 June still waiting. Spoke to umpteen people who promised it will go to my bank. Assume you have to be a good liar to work there. Rang Customer Service today , waiting for 15 minutes then an anonymous voice informed me that the office was now closed and disconnected me. I’m wondering if they are going bust as they can’t pay me £32. Do not shop with them.

Beware of buying anything

Beware of buying anything, brand alley give orders to myriad Del Boy types, who are impossible when asked where refund is from AD Hope, nothing to do with us. This not the first time, but the last most definitely.

'TRUSTED PARTNER' UNTRUSTWORTHY

I've been buying from Brand Alley for a long time with no problems BUT recently I bought some trousers for my husband. I needed to return them as they weren't suitable. I was informed that they were from a "Trusted Partner" and I needed to return them to the firm direct.
A MONTH LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS HAVING RECEIVED ASSURANCES FROM THE TRUSTED PARTNER VIA BRAND ALLEY.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM STILL OWED MONEY AND A RETURN ADDRESS!
This trusted partner is NOT TRUSTWORTHY and I have now sadly halted my dealings with Brand Alley.

Prior to ordering Belstaff motorbike…

Prior to ordering Belstaff motorbike pants I spoke with customer services to confirm sizes received a very polite email confirming my question, ordered them at the best price online received 3 days later and very happy with them so far good.

Poor customer care

I did not receive a parcel I ordered for Christmas next day delivery. The courier has now apparently sent the parcel back to sender. I have been informed that I will not receive a refund until the parcel has been received and inspected (when I have not even touched or see the parcel) which could take up to ten days. This hardly seems fair. Please do not use them if you want stuff for Christmas or if you would like a timely refund s when things go wrong with delivery

Massively gone down hill

Massively fine down hill
So difficult to return products with high prices placed on them and big offers of discount
Only to find there’s cheap non designers products are cheaper on the web
I used to buy everything from here
So much rubbish I deserve compensation for wasted time and effort

Brand Alley Refund delays.

Brand Alley is a company that offers great value for money and I do think it’s generally good as a company. I purchase regularly.
I do however feel the delay in returning refunds to my account is unacceptable . 14-15 days from the date Brand Alley acknowledged it was in receipt of the returned goods. Smarten up you return service Brand Alley

One star is being generous.

Avoid this website at all costs. They refuse to refund goods that are sent back (which you have to pay for, BTW!) and then ignore all correspondence (even PayPal cases). I had to get goods refunded via my bank.

My partner placed an order with this company which was then cancelled this was on the 30 March 25 he is still waiting for his refund .he's tried contacting them but they don't reasoned...shocking customer service ... I also tried to contact via Facebook got no response

Atrocious Brand Alley! Avoid at all cost!!

I placed an order for a Michael Kors bag on the 30th January giving me ample of time for it to arrive by the 13th February! It was advertised as £49.99 once placed in your basket it went up to £63.99! So I contacted customer service which took 18 hours for someone to reply, I was told it's in stock, place the order then I'll be refunded the difference!

Paid for it, kept checking the process, kept saying 'it's being processed' for several days! So contacted customer services again, to be told that it's no longer in stock! I'm livid at this point!
There was delivery on February 10th! Waited until 12th, nothing!

To be told on the 13th February that the bag was no longer in stock and I was given a £30 voucher to compensate the error that's happened! And another insult! I'm to wait 10-14 days for my full refund!
The worst online shopping experience I've ever had!
Stick with TK Maxx they're way better than this company!!!

I brought a skirt recently Reiss from…

I brought a skirt recently Reiss from Brand alley. The parcel was delivered but left in a communal and unsecured area. It was stolen. Brand alley stated that because Royal Mail confirmed the parcel as delivered they are unable to offer a refund or a replacement item.
They considered the matter closed.
An appalling customer service. Will never you them again.

Never choose Brandalley if you think of returning some things back!

I ordered clothing for my son and myself around 20th of July this year. Reply and delivering of the goods was really quick. After receiving our order we realized that most of things don't correspond the sizes, of course we wanted to return them and get the money back!
Also in this case the reply came quickly with instructions of the return-process. And then this nightmare started! It's more than 4 weeks now since I sent clothing back and every time I ask-WHEN I will see money back on my bank account, they reply that everything is in process, we will contact our accountants and you will receive a confirmation, that money is transfered to your bank account.... NOTHING still happens... :(
