Wrong item twice in a row, nice job brandalley

Okay, ordered a leather jacket, they sent me the wrong one. After 1 hour on the phone with them, they agree to refund me. So I decided to order that same jacket again anyway. Second shipment, they send me the wrong jacket again. Costumer service is a nightmare to reach. The Worst online experience ever. Avoid Brandalley as much as you can

This is a shame ! Worst experience ever

This is a shame ! They stole my money ! To avoid at all costs!
I never received the order from July 4 and it's impossible to get an answer from the customer service. They are obnoxious on the phone and lie to you, saying the delivery will be done in 72h for 2 weeks, then blame the carrier for the "loss" of the order while it never left their warehouse. Since then, they never responded to my emails and never reimbursed me. Worst experience ever !

They changed the expediting company

They changed the expediting company. Claim the package delivery in 4-5 days, a week has passed and I still haven't seen my item. Customer service replies slowly and really not to the subject matter.
