I’m not going to lie I was very skeptical about ordering from this website. I’ve been scammed before, and I thought it was too good to be true that this website in the UK had an MK purse in stock that has been sold out here in the US for like 6 months. I took a chance though; I really wanted this bag and I can’t find it on eBay or anything. To be surprise it came in 5 DAYS from the UK. I received prompt shipping notifications and even a text when it came earlier than expected. I am SO happy with this site, I’m writing this review for those who are skeptical like I was. It’s not a scam website, it’s all well and good and I could not be happier!!

Just over a week ago I bought the Ash white trainers with zip at cost of 76 pounds . Although I really like them , as soon as you start wearing them black marks appear on the trainer from the zip .

I highlighted this to the company but they dismissed it and offered no solution .

Brand Boudoir had been my go-to for years, lots of Ash and MK. Lovely customer service team always happy to help. Would recommend to everyone looking for genuine products. If you so you can actually go and see their warehouse and website team and try on as many styles as you like xx

Recently ordered a pair of UGG Boots from Brand Boudoir and received them in a speedy next day delivery! Before purchasing I had emailed customer services a few times regarding sizing and the Brand Boudoir team were extremely helpful and quick to reply! Will definitely be purchasing from them again!!

The Brand Boudoir customer service representative was really helpful and informative when I couldn't decide which Michael Kors bag to purchase. After I placed my order it came the very next day which i wasn't expecting. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and the service i received, will definitely become a regular customer!

The returns service is fair, I've returned some shoes to swap out for a larger size. I bought a MK bag recently, perfect!

I have been in contact recently with Brand Boudoir about a pair of Ash trainers I purchased. The surface of the leather has started to peel away after less than 10 wears.
I contacted the customer service department who were extremely unhelpful and were not interested resolving the issue. I have been quoted returns policy that do not conform to consumer rights.
I am extremely disappointed and will never shop here again or recommend to friends.
The worst customer service ever experienced.

I bought my partner a Michael Kors backpack (with 20% Off!) on Wednesday morning and it was delivered to my work by 10am Thursday! Well packaged and exactly as described..

Experienced high professionalism from this company. Needed to return my shoes as they were too small and after having spoken to a nice gentleman on the phone was guided through the whole process and had put aside a bigger sized pair for me. I received the exchange the next day after them receiving my return. Was very impressed. 5*

Having bought 3 pairs of Ash over the years, once again I was delighted with the gentleman over the phone who exchanged my item without any issues. The exchange came as quickly as the initial item! love you guys,

After purchasing a pair of ASH shoes from here I was shocked to receive a pair clearly damaged on 1 of them. They add a slip inside stating that you can not return anything without a return authorisation code. OK fair enough. I email them adding photos of the clearly damaged shoes and await the return code. No response. Email 3 times over a period of 2 weeks and nothing. Oh and the slip also says they do not accept returns after 14 days. If I had not paid by paypal I can imagine how much longer this would have taken. I opened a case through paypal and guess what. I get a response. Now that their funds have been put on hold. I requested a returns label and NO you have to pay for the items to be returned yourself. I requested a refund of my postage costs and they have said that they will inspect the shoes and refund accordingly although I have sent images of the shoes to them clearly showing damage on the day they were received. Paypal refunded me after proving delivery of shoes to them but Brand a la XXXX have chosen not to reimburse my costs. All I can say is good luck to anyone who buys from this ridiculous company.

These boots a true to size and very comfortable for every day wear. They look particularly well with skinny jeans. Excellent and fast service too. Highly recommend.
