Toxic Business Practices by the Team – Beware!

The team has a practice of purchasing SaaS tools from various vendors for their agency and then requesting features/limits not included in the original offer. When these requests are inevitably declined, they resort to spreading lies and slanderous content, maliciously inflicting harm upon these vendors, even after securing a full refund from them. I would strongly advise avoiding businesses that engage in such toxic and unjust practices.
