Had exactly what I wanted, delivered and collected on schedule. The level of service and price was excellent. The only reason for 4 stars was the level of maintenance - I needed to apply liberal amounts of WD40 to loosen up some seized fittings

Missing relevant bits
The device hired didn't have all the required bits. Wad told i had to add them separately on the hiring request, though picture showed it with it...ir felt as if anyone would hire, say a car with no wheels! They also didn't have the part even if i was ready to pay separately, so i had to leave the whole thing. Big waist of time! Staff not very helpful either.

Due to the amount of different bits this piece of equipment can take, it is not possible for our branches to stock them all and they are something you would need to request separately for us to order in for you.
