More heavy duty than what you would have bought but as an occasional use only worthwhile
Friendly and knowledgeable service

Process was straightforward. I hired it for the weekend. The one I hired stopped while running the first day. I had to return it on Monday and get a new one as a replacement. Team was really helpful in explaining what happened with the old machine and gave a new one by explaining the safety precautions that have to be carried out with the new one. They also gave me an extra day without charging any additional fees.

Note:
1. While renting heavy machinery (e.g. Aerator) please ensure you have one more person helping you to lift the machine to help it put it in to the car or a van. It cannot be done by one person. There will be help at site but it needs 2 people to lift this machine and possibly a 3rd one just while loading/unloading.

2. Please ensure you ask for the procedures to operate this machine.

Order a petrol moss brush,less then 24 hours before I was supposed to pick it up I get a phone call to say they haven't got any available and don't know when they will. But according to there website there was 2 available to hire.
They need to do better.

I needed a scaffold tower in an emergency and phoned the Wigston site and they had one in stock and reserved it for me. I drove over an hour to pick it up. Service from these guys is brilliant

Great service from start to finish, very helpful staff, especially the gentleman who delivered the items, very kind and went an extra mile.

Really helpful at loading the compacter into the car and when I returned it early issued me with a refund for the unused days. Simple to book and collect - equipment perfect for the job. Highly recommend - would definitely use again.

Booked in advance, wasn't available when I arrived, other branch bailed us out. was contacted to ask how it all went and gave feedback, said they would find out what went wrong and get back to me and then did nothing!

My go-to hire place in Leicester. It always offers the best value and despite me being a diy customer I’m always treated with friendly respect.

Prompt delivery. Sensible price structure means it is cheap to extend the hire. Not many hire shops have a powerful petrol log splitter for hire.

Booked and paid for access tower online but when I went to collect they had rented it out to a walk-in customer and expected me to collect from a location much further away. They ended up getting it delivered to me but it added time and hassle. It seems like the central ordering operation doesn't interface well with the branches. Never had an issue before though.

I have used Brandon Hire Station quite a few times over the years. I've just had to amend an order due to unforeseen circumstances and the member of staff I spoke to dealt with it courteously and without fuss. Always found Customer Service here the best anywhere! Thank you.
