Easy to hire equipment and collect
I placed an order on-line to hire a hollow tine aerator from the Peterborough branch. On arrival I could see the equipment was ready and waiting. After providing my address verification I went to load it in my vehicle but it wouldn’t immediately fit. I went back inside and the manager was willing to dismantle it to get in the boot. It was very heavy and took some manhandling but we were successful. Altogether I couldn’t fault my experience.

Ordered a tower scaffold with a working height of 4.2 meters, received this but had no guardrails at all so dangerous to say the least. Asked for pick up at a certain date when I had a day off, got told by email that pick up would be the next day, so took a day off work and no body cane to pick up and no phone calls / communication at all. Very bad service and shall not be using Brandon hire again

Great value and service
Easy to use the online booking system with a great range of products to hire. We had a brush cutter which came with a tank full of fuel. This did a fantastic job of clearing high weeds. All of the protective gear was supplied and the man gave us good instructions on how to use it.
