Didnt have the stock when we went to pick it up!
Booked 4 Genie SLA10, when we went to pick them up they didnt have them avaible even though we had had confimation email.

Tool hire in Sheffield
The lad in the shop was efficient and friendly. He was patient whilst I called my wife to get my credit card details.
The concrete breaker and bit were perfect for job in hand. Will use this branch for my future hires.

Helpful staff and sander did the job
Staff were really helpful and friendly when we collected the floor sanders. The sanders did the job and we were able to return any sanding pads / bags we didn’t use for a refund. The floor looks great. Saved a lot of money doing it ourselves.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. Easy booking of the rotivator and was all ready to collect. Unfortunately I had an issue with starting it (nothing mechanically wrong, just missing some information).
The manager was very good at dealing with this, helping me to get it started and extending the hire by a day so I could get the job done.
Would recommend.

Good kit - disorganised delivery
The kit was great - however both the delivery and pickup was forgotten and had to be chased. The issue was apparently down to communication between the order being done online and the local store not getting it

Item delivered ontime and was perfect for what I needed but the item was not collected on the day arranged. When I enquired about when my item would be collected I was told they had no driver! Had to rearrange collection which was successful

Hire of an Eiger Tower
The booking process was straightforward, and the equipment arrived when promised. We were able to complete the job - drilling a large diameter hole through brickwork at height, and making good.
There was a fault with one of the Eiger Tower elements, making it impossible to fully secure it in place, and difficult (and potentially dangerous) to remove. We reported this when the equipment was collected, and were assured people at the depot would be informed.
