AVOID!

AVOID! I ordered a velvet dress. A very nice design with scalloped boat neck, zip, flounced hemline. I wanted it to wear for Christmas parties. I received a plain polyester pull on dress from a chinese firm called Boyaiya. This was bought through Brand Outlet Spain. I have opened it as a dispute with my credit card company as I have lost £72 of my hard earned cash. This website is a 'front window' for rip off Chinese organisations. Do not be fooled by the promise of high end luxury brands.

Dodgy products

Dodgy products, brought perfe from there- Marc Jacobs decadence, went yellow and stunk in 1 year, while being stored in a cupboard. One of my newest perfumes and the only one from brand outlet and the only one to go off! Contacted them, they tolde to spend more money to get a $10 voucher! Then didnt reply to any more emails. Never buy from there, get your beauty products from a proper shop! Its more expensive but you will have piece of mind!

Purchased a bracelet charm at an unbelievable price..... shouldn't have believed it. Money taken immediately, no goods, no further contact, can't get back on website. Totally dishonest, so if it looks to good to be true... You know the rest.

Brand Outlet and Out of Date Products

I have spent some hard earned money here but to me Brand Outlet (NZ) are suspect.!!
No doubt the service is quick and fast however I must say that I have just recently started to check their products via the batch code with Cosmetic calculator on Google. Some of their products I have found are out dated by 5 years since manufacture date!! That is unacceptable as perfume only has a 3 year shelf life.
i received a product with a batch code dated April 2013.
I have messaged them twice and have not received a response/ explanation. This is the Hasting NZ branch.

They don't allow their customers to write reviews on their sites either. Not Good!!! ]

WORSE COMPANY IVE ORDERED FROM. NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT recommend at all. Ordered Tuesday 17th October No confirmation email nothing. Shoes arrived fine on Wednesday 18th Sent them back Thursday 19th. No acknowledgement of item been returned. Emailed Monday 23rd October, heard nothing. Tuesday 24th I rang and was fobbed off that they hadn't got my return yet. Tracked it in Royal Mail. They got it back Friday 19th. Had item back from almost a week and still waiting. Claim never had my emails and they do send confirmation emails

Had to badger them on social media to actually get a no auto response. Only took 4 days! A female rang who you could tell in their tone of voice was trying not to laugh. Which she denied then did it again minutes later. I got promised my refund would be processed today and said goodbye.

Left a review on they Facebook about this and within minutes the same female rang me back saying my review wasn't fair. I checked Facebook it had disappeared!

Like I said in my deleted review a PayPal refund is pressing a button that doesn't take 10 days to do. Your customer service is joke. You all say something different. You were laughing cos you know what a utter joke of a company you work for! I hope your sake get paid quicker than what it takes for you to press a button. Promising I would receive my refund. You shouldn't have to promise. I returned the shoes. You got them back yet I've had to fight for my money back. Terrible! Refund is still processing.

Won't buy from this NZ online store again...

I regularly and normally blind buy perfumes from another website, carefully opening the plastic wrapping starting from below the box. The reason for this is if I don't like the smell, I could pristinely wrap it back so I can give it to a family member as a present. In this case, I bought 2 perfumes from this store, one is what I could label as either fake or an imitation since even with 5 sprays, the smell dissipates in 10 minutes. The other one has a big dent on the cap itself with marks on its box, indicating either poor handling by the courier or the perfume itself has been mishandled by the seller before shipping. I contacted this seller and told them about the dent, they've asked for a photo but didn't hear from them since. I didn't like the smell of the perfume BUT I can no longer present that as I gift due to the dent in the lid. Fortunately I didn't spend that much on these perfumes and won't be spending a dime on this seller anymore. Their products are cheap, ships quickly, but are they really genuine? Bad customer service. Not recommended! Save your money and get real products from PerfumeNZ instead.

Good, but not next day delivery as advertised

I used Brand Outlet for the first time last weekend. Ordered on the Saturday, paid the postage, but the item didn't arrive until Wednesday even though the website states that if you order before 2.30pm items will be delivered the next working day. Instead, it took three working days for UK mainland delivery.

Happy with the item I purchased but disappointed with the service.

Good experience

It was totally good experience. I have ordered a bag of Rebecca Minkoff. Bag was within 1 week at my door ( live in the Netherlands). Will buy something more, their price are good. My amazing bag cost 110 EUR, but all other shops offer it for 200+ EUR.

They will Take your money, but you won't see the goods

What a fraud of a company. Ordered a pair of flats and some jewelry. They instantly took the money from my account and send an email confirming dispatch. Great, right? Wrong. When the parcel came it was missing exactly both of those pieces of jewelry. Tried to email them, nothing. No explanations no excuses. nothing. Just dead silence. Can't call yet due some health problems, lying in a hospital, probably as a punishment for choosing that company, but the moment I'll be able to speak, I will update their phone reply, if there is going to be any.
