Evasive and Suspect Third Party Fundraising Agency

This organisation is advertising the hiring of fundraising agents as self-employed recruits, potentially paid below minimum wage and they are hired based on their attractive manner. Their director Enoch allows his employees to compliment potential door to door donors based on their gender, appearance and ethnicity which absolutely does not align with the Fundraising Regulator's Code Of Practice. Three of the charities he claims to represent are not aware of this organisation and there is no disclosure on the website to state they work for IXL and YFR, or mentioned during their recruitment. There is also no evidence of their claim to provide award winning training. Avoid.
