Love it. Works pretty well to me and the support is great.

We had a disappointing experience with BrandsGateway's dropshipping service and are compelled to share concerns:
-Brand Authorization: We received communication from a legal team representing a major brand questioning the inclusion of their products that we listed from BrandsGateway. This raises serious questions about the legitimacy of their operation.
-Return Costs: We discovered discrepancies in the charges for returned items. The sum total was calculated to be thousands of dollars of overcharging. When we presented evidence of overcharging across multiple returns, the company's response was unsatisfactory.
-Inventory Issues: The available inventory often lacked popular sizes and seemed to consist mainly of less desirable items. With many sellers offering the same products, achieving profitability is extremely challenging. 
-Marketing Practices: A BrandsGateway representative informed us that a large majority (90%) of their dropshippers are not successful. This information contrasts sharply with their marketing materials.  Based on our experience, we have concerns about the accuracy of the success stories promoted by the company. There are already a lot of embellished and exaggerated marketing practices in the dropshipping industry, and we believe BrandsGateway is no exception.

I strongly advise potential users to thoroughly research and consider alternative suppliers before engaging with this service. Additionally, I recommend verifying the legality of selling specific brands through any dropshipping service to avoid potential legal issues. Our experience with BrandsGateway and its management was deeply unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend their services based on our interactions and the issues we encountered.

I promised the team of Brandsgateway to write a honest review after I made my first few orders. I joined their dropshipping service and signed up for the shopify plugin in April of 2024. The app was super easy to install and to import the products.
It took me about 3 weeks to finish up my store and have it connect to google merchant, meta etc. After around 2 weeks of no traffic I had booked a brainstorming session with BrandsGateway and they gave me some honest feedback on my shopify store + marketing tricks & tips. Which helped me tremendously, another week went by and I started to receive my first orders. + that I started selling on a marketplace.
Never been so excited in my life and the amazing team from Brandsgateway explained how the order process works (SUPER SIMPLE) and all my customers received their purchase orders within 2-3 days.
I currently average 5-10 orders per week, which is enough for me as side income. Because of the high profits and brands they offer I don't really need more than that.

Extremely helpful supplier. I signed up to their dropshipping service last month and the entire team have been helpful along the way. Compared to many other shopify apps, Brandsgateway has definitely the largest selection of brands and inventory and profits are considerably higher. The membership fee is a bit pricy, but I received great value in return. They processed my first few orders within 1 day and my customers are loving their purchases.

Beware Brands Gateway sell to anyone at the full discounted cost as long as the order value is minimum 1,000 EUR. They don’t protect Wholesale Client nor Dropshippers by ensuring they are selling only to trade. When we asked them if they are B2C they suggested that not every person can spend this much on a luxury item. Pretty sad since we thought their USP was to sell Luxury items!!

What a great take off and a smooth landing. Business to business filled with profit in-between. Amazing support and luxury products all with quality images and comprehensive descriptions. The easy to install plugin creates a seamless integration so you pick pick and everything else is done for you in the transfer of inventory. Great work guys!

I purchased an annual subscription during one of their promotions, which initially appeared promising due to the wide variety of fashion accessories they offered at seemingly good prices and trendy models. However, my excitement soon turned into disappointment.

During the promotion, Brandsgateway showcased hundreds of fashion accessories that had the potential to boost my business. These items were presented as a golden opportunity. Just a few days after the promotion ended, Brandsgateway shockingly removed the very items they had enticed me with. It became apparent that they had used these items as bait to lure customers into purchasing their annual subscription. This was not only misleading but also unethical.

To make matters worse, the rest of the items available through Brandsgateway's service proved to be highly uncompetitive. They offered a 50% markup on their products, which made it virtually impossible for me to compete in the market. Additionally, their extremely high shipping prices further eroded any potential profit margins I could have achieved.

In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from considering Brandsgateway as a reliable and ethical business partner. Their misleading promotions, bait-and-switch tactics, and exorbitant pricing make them a poor choice for anyone in the dropshipping industry. Be cautious when dealing with Brandsgateway, as their practices can result in wasted time, money, and effort. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out more reputable and transparent alternatives in the market.

I am writing this review not to mislead but to be as truthful and honest as possible so that anyone who is interested in becoming a drop-shipper with Brandsgatway will take the step ASAP.
I have just signed up and built an online store to import the products, so my experience so far has been very positive, thanks to Michael, the CEO, and the rest of the wonderful guys who are doing a very great job. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, GUYS.

What you don't realize before subscribing is that they only sell leftovers. That means, these products are unique pieces, usually there is only 1-2 products are available and only from one size. Preorder is not possible for another sizes.
You can check this out without subscribing because their catalog is open and available. That makes all kind of marketing and succesful dropshipping impossible. Imagine, you try to sell a product but another dropshipper has already sold in the meantime. Or, imagine 1 of 1000 visitors would like to buy but there is not available in that size. You defintely losse these potential customers.

Their communication: they are rarely available, answering with a big delay, their answers are inaccurate, usually they don't understand the questions. Their tutorials are missing important steps.

Bad experience: after purchasing, there were several attempts for charging my card again. When I asked about it they pretended to not understand my question, even after sending screenshots.

Import process: they say it keeps 24 hours, it is not true. it keeps at least one week, if you have a good server. If you can start at all because there are some technical problems and difficulties.

Great partner for my ecom business. My first few orders were delivered successfully without any issues. Easy to communicate with through email and whatsapp. Good shopify plugin.
