Very good sample good delivery upon arrive

Got sent my samples last week and loved everyone of them vanilla is my favourite all quality products .independent store as well .will be ordering soon .👍👏👏

Very good customer service although my bottles got damaged in transit, they rectified the situation by sending out another fragrance, and what can I say about the perfume, very good quality perfume, so overall a positive experience

Absolutely useless, said to me that they would create me a customisable unique fragrance for me, as-well as the 4 samples. I place the order for the 4 samples expecting the unique fragrance to come with them as that is what we agreed on, samples arrived without the unique fragrance so I complain. They then decide to just send me the same 4 samples again? I complain again. They send me some screenshots of proof that they sent my parcel although it has nothing to do with the unique fragrance. In the screenshot it had all the personal details of 3 other people that had unfortunately ordered from this terrible company, including name and address and what they ordered. They then send me a long paragraph explaining to me how its my fault and have not replied since. Absolutely useless and unprofessional do not order from here, they will probably take down my review so they can continue to be the dodgy low quality company they are.

Smells lovely, got a few samples, my favourite is the Royal Amber.

Don’t waste your time with this company. Talk the talk. Advertise a quality product and orders arrive nothing like what is advertised. Offered a discount to leave a review which I did and when I re ordered bottle arrived nothing like what was advertised. Leaked. Pump didn’t work. Contact and defaulted back the liquid is what I have paid for. Save your money and stick to Noted Aromas 🫡

I know this is my second review but ordered bottles with a super discount after receiving samples. When bottles came they had leaked and I’d lost a fair amount of product. I will give the team their due as I reached out to them and they agreed to send replacement ones when they got their new bottles in, which they in fact did and I received this morning. The new packaging is much improved and the bottles are better.
I ordered a bottle of vanille noir and one exotic amber (a new scent). Both of these are gorgeous and the exotic amber has projected all day as well. Very happy customer.

2 bottles out of 6 turned up still waitting to be resolved

Order not received very slow at replying and just tell you the same thing update got my order 11 days after ordering but they had leaked everywhere and all the name stickers had smudge n fell off shame some off them smell good the dits that are left that is

One came leaked and broke and all they had to say wasI apologise and they make it 15Oml yet ones 100 so that makes no sense didn't offer anything for it a replacement nothing at all both bottles are so clearly different it's not even funny Terrible service and quality control least they don't smell half bad

Got some samples which were delivered rapidly. The scents are extremely stunning.

SCAM - this a complete scam they will offer free samples and charge postage and no items will arrive

When you try to approach the customer services that are very unhelpful and will continue to fob you off and no items will arrive - feel very blessed to only be conned out of £4

I was quite excited to receive my two full sized bottles after trying their free samples. As some customers have pointed out, there was a delay with my delivery too and the package arrived in a terrible condition. Both the bottles had identical small holes on the underside from which the perfume had leaked out. One 100ml bottle was nearly empty. It was definitely a packaging issue and poor quality of bottles used rather than mishandling by the delivery service because there were no cracks on the bottle and the box in which arrived did not show signs of damage either - just sticky and soaked in perfume oil. The bottle caps didn’t fit the bottles either. Quite disappointing that they claim to be niche ‘luxury’ but cannot even get their packaging right.
I don’t have any negative comments about the scents. They’re not very unique but I liked them and that’s the reason I wanted to try the full size to test longevity but wouldn’t pay again because I did not get my money’s worth. Try the free samples but order the full size ones at your own risk.

Placed an order for their samples at the discounted rate they offered but have yet to receive them. Tried to contact them but apart from one email asking for the order number which I had already provided there has been no response. Disappointed as the fragrances sounded interesting and I was looking forward to trying them out.
